On October 25th, 2018, Mr. Pradab Kladkempetch, Assistant to the Secretary-General of the Office of the National Water Resources was the president of the conference to clarify roles and duties of the National Water Resources Committee and River Basin Committee according to (Bill of) Regulations of the Office of the Prime Minister on National Water Resources Management B.E. …. and Guidelines for Budget Planning B.E. 2563 (2020). There were representatives and administrators of the Royal Irrigation Department and Department of Water Resources, representatives of River Basin Organization and many concerned organizations participating in the conference at Miracle Grand Convention Hotel Bangkok.
This conference is on the occasion of the One Year Anniversary of the Office of National Water Resources, so that the concerned organizations were invited to acknowledge and understand the important issues mentioned previously so as to be able to practically and effectively drive the management of water resources, leading to the substantial accomplishment and the sustainable water resources management at last.
